What bin size do I need for a standard kitchen renovation? The 14-yard handles most standard kitchen renovations - cabinets, flooring, drywall, fixtures, and appliances in a single drop. For a full multi-room renovation, step up to the 20-yard. Call us and we'll confirm in two minutes.
Can I put different types of waste in the same bin? Yes - mixed loads are completely fine. Drywall, flooring, fixtures, wood, and general renovation debris all go in together. The only exception is solid heavy waste (concrete, asphalt, gravel, brick, soil) - dedicated loads of those materials get better flat rate pricing in their own bin.
What if I need more time to load the bin? The standard rental is up to one week. Extensions are available - call us at 647-477-0537 at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date and we'll arrange a longer rental. For junk removal and cleanouts where you need more time to sort through belongings, we're happy to work something out.
Will the bin damage my driveway? No - we place protective pads under the bin on every single delivery. Your driveway surface is protected regardless of bin size.
Do I need a permit? Not if the bin is placed on your private driveway or property. If it needs to go on a public street or city right-of-way, a municipal permit is required - requirements vary by city. Call us and we'll advise.
