Price locked at booking. Your load is weighed at the dump after pickup - if it comes in under the included weight threshold, you pay the flat rate and nothing more. If it exceeds the threshold, overage applies only to weight above that amount and we contact you before charging anything extra.

Extended Rental - Take the Time You Need
The standard rental period is up to one week. For junk removal - particularly estate cleanouts, full-home clearances, or emotionally complex projects - one week is often not enough. And that's completely understandable.
If you need the bin longer than a week, call us before your pickup date and we'll work out an arrangement. Extended rental deals are available - the rate depends on how long you need and which bin size you have. We're not going to hold your timeline against you.

Do you enter the home to help load? No - WastePro is a bin rental service. We deliver and pick up the bin. Loading is entirely up to you, at your pace. We don't send a crew to carry items out of your home.
What happens to everything in the bin? Your load is taken to a waste disposal facility after pickup. We don't sort or recover individual items after they're in the bin - if something has value to someone you know, set it aside before it goes in.
Can I donate some items instead of throwing them away? That's entirely up to you - and a great idea for items that are still in good condition. Furniture banks, Habitat for Humanity ReStores, local thrift shops, and community Facebook groups are all options for items that still have life in them. The bin is for what's left after those decisions are made.
Do I need to be home when the bin is delivered or picked up? Not necessarily - as long as we know where to place the bin and there's clear access to the placement area, delivery and pickup can often happen without you present. Confirm the details with us when you book.
